Fibolica Inc. ("Fibolica") values the protection of individual privacy. This privacy policy sets forth Fibolica's privacy policy for the site, and governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from our users. By using our site www.Fibolica.com, you agree to be bound by this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use the site.

We will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any third party other than as disclosed within this privacy policy.

How we gather information from users

The Types of Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of the referral program.

Your friend may contact us at info@fibolica.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

Like other web sites, we collect information to enhance your visit. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone.

Aggregated Information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used to enhance user experience. Return Policy

Customers are responsible to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return their purchase. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.

Children

Fibolica.com does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13.

Access to Personal Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete inaccuracies, or request deletion of your by emailing us at info@fibolica.com. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at info@fibolica.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Customer Reviews

We post customer reviews/video reviews on our Web site which may contain personal information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial/video. To request removal of your personal information or video from our reviews, contact us at info@fibolica.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
